Seminar application notice:
A regular seminar with Nogueira in any worldwide location would cost USD 100.
However, the Frota Academy is happy to share this gift – the free seminar – with you, so that you can advance your fundamental knowledge and love for BJJ, grappling, and MMA; as we have been working on during the previous year!
Only the members of the Frota Academy are allowed at the seminar and on the mats.
Seminar will start at 16:00 and the gym will be open from 15:00.
Uniform requirements: white gi only (for BJJ)
