CORPORATE CLASSES

Corporate classes are specifically designed around the needs and goals of an individual group from the same workplace.

What are corporate classes?

Do you want to train with a group of people from your workplace and according to your own schedule? Then Frota Academy’s corporate classes are for you.

Corporate classes are offered within our Academy or at your location – whichever you prefer – under the guidance of an experienced coach.
Furthermore, these classes are specifically designed to the needs and the goals of your group. For example, if you’d prefer the class to focus more on self-defense or to be a mixture of two different martial arts, just tell that to our instructor – and he will design a program tailored specifically to your needs.

All of Frota Academy combat sports are available: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Grappling, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai.

Augusto is a great friend and one of my top students ,by far he exceeds the goal he has set for himself and his students , Frota Team rocks !

Interested in our corporate classes? Great! Here’s how it works – just fill up the contact form in 5 quick steps:

1. Choose the martial art(s) your group wants to train

2. Choose the day(s) and time(s) for training that best suit your group

3. Tell us if you prefer training at our Academy’s location or at your location*

4. Tell us how many of your colleagues want to train

5. Book a consultation session

And that’s it! During the consultation session, we’ll advise you and your group on the best way to start training – and schedule your first exclusive training session! The price of your corporate class(es) will be agreed during the consultation session.

*We offer both out-house (at the Frota Academy location; Badenerstrasse 434, 8004 Zürich) and in-house corporate classes (at the location of your own convenience).
