Executive (semi-private) classes

If you’d like to train, learn, have fun, and improve with one or more of your friends… Then the Frota Academy executive (semi-private) classes are for you!

In this case, the Frota Academy martial arts classes are organized just for you and your friend(s).

You’ll love them because:

• You get to choose who you train with;
• They are catered entirely to your and your friends’ goals and schedule;
• You can choose between 6 martial arts: BJJ, MMA, grappling, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling;
• You may pick one or a mix of martial arts.

Once you and your friends choose the martial art(s) you want to train, we will organize martial arts classes just for you.
These training sessions are set completely in accordance with your own schedule, goals, preferences, and wants.

It’s just like regular training – but you get to choose who you train with!

What are the benefits?

Training in an executive (semi-private) setting at the Frota Academy is a fantastic way to improve faster in your martial art.

While executive classes are in no way a substitute for regular (group) training sessions, they will be of great value to your martial arts journey.
Here is why:

• You can focus on the things that you want to learn;
• The instructor has more time to dedicate himself to what you need;
• You train when it fits your schedule;
• You can choose who you’ll train with.

In short: these classes are designed just for you.
Because they’re personalized, you will improve much faster than it would be the case otherwise.

Our coaches

Frota Academy is proud to have outstanding coaches across all previously mentioned martial arts.

Our instructors have a lot of experience in professional fighting and competition, as well as in coaching the members who train recreationally and the members who want to become professional fighters.

For instance, our main coach is Augusto Frota, an ex-professional MMA fighter and a 4^th degree BJJ black belt who is known to be one of the most successful coaches in Europe.
As someone who has promoted 15 people to the rank of a BJJ black belt, Augusto takes full responsibility – and delight – in making sure that his and other instructors’ classes are performed with professionalism and excellence.
