Frota Academy – Moscow (Russia)

The Russian Frota Academy is located in Moscow (Izmailovskaya st, 42). The team was started in 2014, and it joined the Frota Academy in 2017.

In regards to the schedule, the Moscow team trains gi and no-gi every single day. In addition, they also have morning classes and a wrestling day on Saturdays.

With that said, the team also has affiliated societies in Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Ufa and Monino.
