Frota Academy is always looking for ways to improve our classes, seminars, and similar – all in an attempt to make best experience for our members. And that is why we’ve decided to bring in yet another amazing, super-successful MMA & BJJ athlete for a seminar – Mackenzie Dern!
Dern is a top-ranking UFC strawweight fighter. She is also a world #1 ranked IBJJF athlete, as well as an ADCC and No-Gi World Championship winner (at black belt).
She’ll hold two seminars at the Frota Academy, both of which are free of charge for all Academy members.
The first one is an MMA seminar, taking place on October 7 (Friday) at 18:30.
And the second one is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar, taking place on October 8 (Saturday) at 12:30.
