Frota Academy – Schaffhausen

Frota Academy Schaffhausen (Ebnatstrasse 65B) opened in February of 2023. It currently offers 12 classes per week for all ages and abilities.

Frota Academy Schaffhausen’s head coach is Luke Stevenson. Luke has a background in security and personal protection and has previously worked closely with military and law enforcement. In addition, he worked as a teacher and trainer and understands the importance of effective communication.

Luke puts special emphasis on both technical knowledge and a growth mindset. He explains techniques and concepts clearly and challenges his students to reach their individual goals on and off the mats.

Luke values discipline, respect, and humility. He emphasizes the importance of diet, health, and the positive lifestyle changes that go with Jiu-Jitsu and encourages his students to become the best versions of themselves.
