What are corporate classes?
Do you want to train with a group of people from your workplace and according to your own schedule? Then Frota Academy’s corporate classes are for you.
Corporate classes are offered within our Academy or at your location – whichever you prefer – under the guidance of an experienced coach. Furthermore, these classes are specifically designed to the needs and the goals of your group. For example, if you’d prefer the class to focus more on self-defense or to be a mixture of two different martial arts, just tell that to our instructor – and he will design a program tailored specifically to your needs.
All of Frota Academy combat sports are available: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Grappling, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai.

*We offer both out-house (at the Frota Academy location; Badenerstrasse 434, 8004 Zürich) and in-house corporate classes (at the location of your own convenience).Just communicate it through with your HR department, let us know what works best for you… And let’s make it happen!
